Veterinarians

I am a veterinarian specializing in reproduction and surgery, with expertise in ruminant nutrition. After graduating from FMVZ-UNAM in 2016, I have worked in both the U.S. and Mexico, focusing on reproductive management, soft tissue surgery, and disease control in cattle, swine, and small animals. Now practicing in Shingle Springs, California, I am committed to providing precision, evidence-based veterinary care.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy outdoor activities with my family, working on mechanical projects, and planning a sustainable homestead where I can raise livestock and honor my cultural heritage.

I graduated in 2017 from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, where I developed a strong proficiency in animal care, specializing in both small and large species, as well as diagnostic imaging.

Since joining Shingle Springs Vet Clinic in 2022, I have enjoyed working alongside a dedicated team, bringing compassion, expertise, and a collaborative spirit to my practice. I thrive in outdoor environments and value teamwork in providing the best possible care for my patients.

Outside of work, I share my home with my beloved cat and enjoy spending my free time participating in water sports.

I graduated from Kansas State University with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree in 1968 and am one of the few specialized holistic veterinarians in the area. With decades of experience, I am dedicated to providing natural, effective healing solutions for your pet. My approach to holistic care focuses on promoting overall well-being, whether through natural remedies or, when necessary, integrating conventional treatments to ensure the best possible outcome.

At my practice, I prioritize open communication and personalized care, working closely with you to develop the most effective treatment plan for your pet. I am committed to staying at the forefront of holistic veterinary medicine, continuously exploring the latest remedies and treatments to provide the highest standard of care. In Q2'2025 my focus will be shifting to growing our Tele-Medicine buisness.
