Leah Hamilton
Office/Accounting Manager
With over 30 years of experience in the veterinary field, I have developed a deep passion for the industry. Throughout my career, I have worked as a veterinary technician, customer service representative, and office manager for over two decades. I have successfully managed operations in both large and small animal hospitals with multiple doctors, bringing expertise in leadership, team building, and overall practice management.
I have been a resident of El Dorado County since 1985, raising my children in the community while fostering my love for animals and the outdoors. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, camping, barbecuing, and bowling.

Ivan Cervantes, MVZ
DVM/Technician Manager
I am a licensed veterinarian in Mexico, having earned my degree from Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. Currently, I am working toward obtaining my veterinary license in the United States.
As the Manager of the Medical Staff at Shingle Springs Veterinary Clinic, I oversee veterinary care and ensure high standards of medical practice.
In my role as an Animal Training Coordinator, I specialize in training animals to facilitate medical procedures, improve handling within their enclosures, and enhance educational presentations. My experience includes working as a trainer for African elephants, contributing to the Animal Welfare Department, and actively participating in university courses, workshops, and VIP group sessions.

Paul Anderson, B.S.I.E.
Information Technology Manager
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in 1985, I began my career at Intel. Following nine years in the tech industry, I founded Anderson Computer Consulting in 1994, working with major clients such as Sutter Health, Foundation Health, and Wells Fargo Bank.
In the late ‘90s, I met Dr. Bader, and I’ve been working with him ever since. While my primary role has been IT support, my job has been anything but routine. Over the years, Doc has kept me on my toes with all kinds of projects—whether repairing homeopathic machines, building clinic furniture, or even working on his truck. For the past 30 years, I’ve embraced every challenge and every one of his wild ideas—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
